okay I'd say jaan. <---- this is a hindi version of "honey" - but it's just sweeter. Even if there is no affection - it's a works like a camouflage - people would just think oh there is soooo much passion!
Why are you thinking up a pyara naam for someone else to use? It will come naturally to them or it will not -- I would stay out of it if I were you.
(And just as an aside, it is rather difficult to read your post because of all the cryptic writing...does your internet provider charge you by the keystroke? A little more normal spelling would go a long way in speeding up communication for all.)

may b he is a bit uncomfortable calling his fiance "sweetheart" or whtever else right now because he has just got engaged, he should just call her by her name , or even if his fiance has a nick name, and then when they know each other a bit better and has becum closer to her he can start calling her cute names!
