you do have a genuine reply, but shareef guys are either pretty shy (khe khe khe...larki nay hum baat ki) or they dont wana say thing back to her cuz they believe that if they do it might be crude, which wont be appreciated by her (in specific).

If I am called aloo - I will call her aloo ki tikiyya
If I am called khamba - I will call her khambe ke roshnee
If I am called potato - I will call her jacket
If I am called mota - I will call her mote ki paratha
If I am called ulloo - I will call her ulloo ki shagird
