yea keep up the good work until u go anaroxic ! i wont be surprised if i see ur arms the size of burnt corn. i mean seriously i know i dont eat healthy but ur diet is just too short yar .. ur not even taking necessery calories & carbs. and over that u work out too .. looking in shape is onething but looking at a working-out wife looks a bit gay atleast to me.

*half naan with QORMA
half biryani plate
one n half bowl of desi and arabic salade
and SOME KHEEER it was darn good
didnt go play today .. so i guess i just added one pound today
