during ramadan..bcoz i wz working lates..my fiance used 2 meet me at iftari (whether he wz working or not) and alwayz bring me sumthing different 2 eat..(and it wz alwayz things of my choice)

and he will alwayz txt me every morning...every nyt..n he alwayz txts me b4 he eats 2 make sure that iv eaten 1st b4 he does!

and he alwayz gets me little gifts every so often..hes soooo cute mashallah!

I seriously have the best fiance everrr. He always brings me iftaari at work, and sometimes he would barely get to eat before he had to rush off to taraaweh.

Probably the thing that amazes me most about him is how many good things he does for OTHERS. This has happened several times, I’ll often find out through other people that he donated money when someone needed it or helped someone out that he barely knew and he wouldnt have even mentioned it to me. One time, just to see his reaction, I said “I need $200” and he said “Ok, do you want it in cash or a check?” I think even parents would ask you why you needed the money, but he never did.

I dont know how to explain it, but its just amazing knowing you’re about to marry someone with such a good heart. :wub: He reminds me so much of my dad, who has probably helped more people than I will ever know about. I just hope being related to people like this will make me a better person inshaAllah

I wanted to re-open this thread so here with a few of my recent meaningful acts to the list.

He sometimes sings songs to me that are dedicated to me :blush:

He makes sure he asks about my parents & family from me

My bhabi leaves cute post-its messages for my brother on their bed side, mirror, door etc. They are cute like “I missed you” .. “I am waiting for dinner” etc.

I love chocolate...so every Friday when he comes from work, my husband brings me a box of chocolate!

He helps me in the kitchen by chopping vegetables, if I dont cook he doesnt mind - we will order food
Sometimes I keep rooza for sawab and he wont let me cook, he will order food from outside
If the food doesnt taste good, he will still say it is good, and finish it all
He doesnt care if the house is not clean
He never stops me from buying anything I want (even though we are still settling in)
He reminds me to call my parents and friends (even though its long distance)
He doesnt care that I look like a mess in the morning, he still kisses me goodbye, and makes sure to say Khuda Hafiz before he leaves for work.

He tells me I am beautiful everyday
He takes me out every weekend cause Im at home every day, even if he is dead tired from work (he works long hours)

Me:

I always try to make his favourite food
I set the alarm on my side to wake him up for work
I wake up every morning to make him fresh lunch for work
I dont go to sleep again in the morning until he leaves for work
Sometimes I leave a little love note in his lunch
I tell him I love him everyday
I let him watch his shows when he gets home from work, because I have been watching tv all day
I make him chai without him having to ask

Well My GF is exceptionally sweet, she beat all ur records of sweetness.

Even though we broke up a while ago 10 months. She calls me and wishes me happy fathers day on fathers day. Am like honey, you are wishing me a fathers day and am not even a father yet.
She said, thats what you think.
