Hmmm. Well we wake up early thinking that we will all go for namaz but then usually the ladies backout and only the guys end up going. My brothers take forever to get ready so on a couple of Eids dad has left for namaz himself and brothers go for the last one :D maybe tomorrow will be a more unified Eid. By the time the guys get back we back home are done with cleaning and getting dressed up. The guys come back with mithai usually and then snacks etc are served. my sister drops in with her kids and stays till after lunch. Eidi's and gifts are given out. Preparing and serving lunch is madness. sisters husband usually comes by till lunch. so we all finally eat in peace till we can no longer eat. then its cleanup time again and qehwa is made or tea, usually qehwa though. MEanwhile dessert is served. so once the cleaning is done we all drink our teas. Sister leaves with her family after that and we recuperate from all the frenzy. All this time the tv stays on, upstairs on various desi channels and downstairs on disney or something. all sort of odd photos r taken, even ones too :D calls are made and received, neices pester me for more mehndi and then get upset cos i don't have time for it, i realise i hate my photos and delete most of them, get told off by mum for wasting time first taking them and then deleting them instead of helping in the kitchen, brothers are in and out of the house etc etc By the end of it all mum is the most tired one of the lot. Get an invitation or two before the day is over. make unsuccesful plans of what to do in the evening to get out of the house, usually end up staying in and watching a movie or more tv.

namaz+ Safai (cleaning + ironing+helping mama and bhabhi in food preparation)+getting ready and prolly mehendi 
+ ras malai ka safayea (
)+ guest+ TV+ Gupshup+ and my sibz might have some plans (prolly games or something else like Go Karting )

Everybody in the family wakes up early. Get ready and everybody is ready by 7:30. Then we go for namaz, which is prayed at 8:00 a.m. desi standard time (8:15 - 8:20 Central Standard Time). After that we usually go to the lake and take pictures etc. there. Then we come back home. Call friends and family. Eat brunch. Then we normally go out for lunch. If there is no plan to go out, then mom and wife prepare different dishes at home.
Sometimes dad's friends (and family) come over and sometimes ammi abbu go to other people's homes. Tonight will be the first time Mrs. and I will go to our friends' place and just spend some time there. Most likely it'll be 3-4 couples at their place. That's it.

Eid Namaz, then race back to the office where I have 4 important meetings during the day :(

I am planning on zabihafying a little piggy bahiyya, I am very inspired from the GS banner.
Rest, I am not sure what I will be doing, probably wasting time around home....lol... Will be attending Eid Millan on saturday, thats about it... as of now....
