You keep suggesting that army people are only intermediate pass and all brigadiers/colonels and everyone in ISI is nothing more than intermediate pass. What you are forgetting is the civilian government chief is Zardari worldwide known as Mr 10%, “count your fingers after shaking hands with him”, he appoints people like Rahman Malik as Interior Minister who has no qualification for that post and is probably top most incompetent idiot. So why do you expect “civilians” to be more “qualified and educated and intelligent”?
