Roohani Hamal or Maanvi hamal mien faraq hai.
Mashhoor Soofi Hadhrat Sahal rehmullah farmaate hian:
Al khaufu zakarun warrijaa unsaa minhuma yatawalladu haqaiqul iymaan
Khauff Muzakkar or Umeed Monas hai aur inn dono ke milne se haqiqe imaan peda hote hian. (Sharah Taruff page 57)

Quran mien Hamal ka lafz khuda taala ke mutalliq bhi aaya hai:
Wa mimman hamalna maa’aa noohin (maryam 59)
Non Ahmadi Translation English: 58.* Those were some of the prophets on whom* Allah did bestow His Grace,- of the posterity of Adam, and of those who We carried (in the Ark) with Noah, and of the posterity of Abraham and Israel of those whom We guided and chose. Whenever the Signs of ((Allah)) Most Gracious were rehearsed to them, they would fall down in prostrate adoration and in tears.

Orr phir Mominon ke mutaliq bhi aaya hai:
La Tahmil alaina issran kamaa hamltahoo Alallazeena min qablina (Al baqrah 287)
Non Ahmadi Translation English:
286.* On no soul doth Allah Place a burden greater than it can bear. It gets every good that it earns, and it suffers every ill that it earns. (Pray:) “Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget or fall into error; our Lord! Lay not on us a burden Like that which Thou didst lay on those before us; Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Blot out our sins, and grant us forgiveness. Have mercy on us. Thou art our Protector; Help us against those who stand against faith.”*
yahaan hamal uthaane ke maanon mien istemaal hua hai. pass mehez lafz hamal par mazaak uraana jaayez nahin .

Hadhrat Masih e Maood (A.S) nien saaf torr pe likhdia hai ke:
“Isa’arah ke rang mien mujhe hamla theraya gya hai” (Kashti e Nooh p47)
Orr hamal ke lafz se haqeeqi or aam maane muraad nahin lyye gaye "haamle sifate Eisvi " muraad lia hai. Hence he (A.S) writes:
“Maryami sifat se Eisvi sifaat ki taraf muntaqil hona” (Kashti e Nooh p45)

Tou phir iss par be wajah mazaaq uraana sharaafat se bayeed nahin.
