Thats what I thought, as I heard their name when I was doing C++ from some college. They might not pay well but their experience is still worth joining the company.

The money is always good if you have the skills set your employer is looking for … The problem with most of the graduate I have interviewed is ’ they live in Pakistan and in very early years of their career , they want to get the salary paid to US graduates …

No buddy its not like that in the start people want to get paid what people earn in US…I have worked in Systems limited in one of their department and trust me they paid peanuts and they use to take work from us like 17 18 hours and even with no over time what so ever…And the projects were totally based in US too and we were working in their Lahore office …So its my own experience
