I think TRG and Royal Cyber are highest paying software houses, about NETSOL its on of the biggest software house but not the highest paid, for more details you can visit Glassdoor.com to search software houses and about their salaries and their employee reviews.

Netsol Use to be best paying software house not anymore. When i was working at Netsol i was told many times SYSTEMS is better paying then Netsol.

well high pay highly depends upon technology you have experience of. JAVA is at number one .net at number two and then php.

If you want to work in an engineering research center doing some really high tech stuff I recommend (http://www.carepvtltd.com/) , the guy running that is a professor at NUST (Dr Shoab Ahmed Khan). Dr.ShoabA.Khan You might not earn that much there but the experience you’ll get will lead you to Silicon valley in a few years.

I know people who work at Systems ltd, Netsol, Ovex Technologies, Komatsu Pvt Ltd etc.
All of these have good reviews.
And Systems limited is pretty awesome.

Systems limited sucks big time…They really dont care about their employees and gives them peanuts instead of so much work

Thats what I thought, as I heard their name when I was doing C++ from some college. They might not pay well but their experience is still worth joining the company.

The money is always good if you have the skills set your employer is looking for ......... The problem with most of the graduate I have interviewed is ' they live in Pakistan and in very early years of their career , they want to get the salary paid to US graduates ....

No buddy its not like that in the start people want to get paid what people earn in US.........I have worked in Systems limited in one of their department and trust me they paid peanuts and they use to take work from us like 17 18 hours and even with no over time what so ever.....And the projects were totally based in US too and we were working in their Lahore office ....So its my own experience

besides multinationals such as Oracle, HP, Microsoft,IBM all pay good.

I personally have worked on some fixed bid projects where company earned $10000 in one week per employee. You cannot compare your salary with earning of your employer.
and you are talking about salaries of Programmers or some HR or other supporting staff in Systems limited?
