It's hard to give ideas if we have no clue what things you're interested in.
I know people who travel by themselves and LOVE to see different cities/countries. I know people who take classes in things like cooking, scuba diving, various types of dance, photography etc. I know guys who like to be active and joined a local sports league/group based on what sports they enjoy playing. So yea....it all goes back what YOU think would be fun.

Well, I like cars.... and back in the day, when I had friends, I use to play sports with them etc...

Find a meet up that suits your interests. Google it (external links aren't allowed)..you'll find many active groups according to your interests..Book clubs..sports groups...foodie groups...movie buffs...travel enthusiasts..art lovers etc
If you are interested in cricket..virtually every metropolitan city in the US now have organized cricket leagues/clubs.
Get involved in civic and charitable groups like habitat for humanity....

Yes to meetup groups. There are tons out there for every interest and hobby.
Another great way to meet people and meet your fitness goals while doing it is to sign up for a race.. 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon or a cycling event. You can train in a group and get to hang out with people. Plus you're getting in a great workout.
Look at volunteering opportunities too... local libraries, hospitals, charities all welcome volunteers.
Joining a book club if you like to read is another option.

Come child, i do sudokus and puzzles, gym, movies, eating at new places by myself is fun, sometimes sight seeing or reading a book too.

Watch dramas and read books/ magazines. That's what I do when I have free time.

book reading, story writing, baking, cooking, eating out, swimming, gardening, horse riding, long drives, travelling, paragliding, surfing, camping OMG there are just endless activities you can do on your own to have fun.
