Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan
Yeah.. From what I’ve seen right-wingers and “patriots” (whether they’re in the UK or Pak) tend to shout the loudest and imply they’re speaking for everyone..
For ex “We’re just saying what everyone else is thinking”
Erm if that was the case you’d be in government right now..
Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan
I agree that everyone who does not like her is not a TTP supporter but in general all TTP lovers hate her. Sorry if you took offence at the comment but it was more for the keyboard jehadis than people like yourself.

Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan
I think its jealousy…lots of people are jealous of a little girl because they’re wayy past her age and could never even dream of being in her shoes.
I hope she continues to stand up for her cause. More power to her.
Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan
She’s not a politician…usnay sari duniya ka theka nahin le rakha hai. Her platform is education. That’s it.
If people feel so strongly about a particular issue…they need to stop relying on children and do their part. Speak up like she did. Don’t throw blame around pretending as if she has some super powers people like you and I don’t. She’s definitely got more guts…that’s for sure.
Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan
People seem to be throwing as much mud as they can at her hoping some of it sticks..
She highlights education for girls because that’s her personal interest and passion, just as someone else might talk about cancer research or gay rights because that’s their interest or has struck a chord with them personally..
Blaming her for speaking on one subject but not another is ridiculous and illogical.. Like Reha said there’s nothing stopping people from speaking up on whatever cause they feel most passionately about.. As Gaza keeps being mentioned what about the Yazidis, the Rohingyas or other minority groups? Just because YOU personally think one subject is more important or worthy than another doesn’t give you the right to dictate to others what they should be talking about..
Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan
She’s less of a traitor then all our politicians jo dead Pakistanis ka khoon kha kha kar jeetay hain. I mean even if we forget our long history the recent drone attacks were being fully sanctioned by army and government. I swear there are ppl who’re less upset by that then malala who has a very legitimate question.
Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan
life1 intellectual, lolz @ your point of jealousy.
Let Eidhi win this prize, then you would not be able to find a single jealous person in pakistan.
Edhi ko jab Pakistani ghaans nahin daltay to bahir valon ko chor ji dein.
The jealousy is true. ![]()
Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan
It really is not about jealousy. It’s about the hypocrisy.
