Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan

To Wasim Bari?

Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan

No one cares about your shameful opinion

Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan

Beyond Malala, I think its great news because its highlighting education awareness not just for Pakistan but other impoverished areas of the world and if its helping a good cause, it should be appreciated. If you look back 3 decades you couldn’t have imagined the significance of education especially in those conservative and fundamental areas of the country and now people are openly endorsing and prompting it.

Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan

Ehsan bhai…Have you read the comments posted all over the Internet? Even a lot of non-muslims and Westerners are saying that she’s being used. I’m sorry but you can’t shut everyone up by labelling them as “TTP Lovers” …isn’t this what Taliban and ISIS do, labelling anyone who differs with them as “Kafir”?

Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan

Do you really believe that 99% are against her? Really? I am not in the business of labelling anyone it annoys me when such sweeping statements are made and someone you dont agree with is called traitor. Who are we to decide that. This was a reaction to that. equally a lot of people on internet are supporting her. What i find odd is that reading comments from UK quite a few people are jealous that she is a Pakistani and got this honour, saying what has she done for us. Equally we get Pakistanis saying she is a traitor just because she is living in west and therefore she must be an agent of west. We should be proud of her achievement, she didnt ask these pigs to come and shoot her. Did she? Funny thing is TTP acknowledged that they have shot her but their internet jehadis were saying it is all a drama. Who was telling the truth the TTP pigs or their internet jehadis. I am sorry but you cannot shut up everyone either by labelling her western agent and traitor.

Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan

Going by internet comments in the UK you’d think the BNP or UKIP were the most popular political parties lol.. Critics tend to shout the loudest, doesn’t mean they’re necessarily speaking for the majority though..

Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan

not 99%, but a big number in Pakistan don’t like her…I don’t think it’s fair to label them all as TTP lovers. You have your reasons for liking her, similarly those people have theirs for disliking her.

Now there are people who are questioning her getting the NPP, they might be either racist or might actually have a genuine stance.

At the end of the day, only we are responsible for our actions and only we decide how we refute or react.

Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan

If I were only reading or referring to the comments posted in Daily Mail…then yes.

Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan

Are BNP and UKIP right wing? Never heard of these parties. But then I don’t know UK politics

Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan

Similar on Yahoo.. and the few times I’ve read the AOL news too..

Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan

What would be the reason to dislike her?
Re last sentence each of us is responsible for our action. Agree with that part. The 2nd half of that sentence - no, others certainly have the right to both react to and refute our stance.

Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan

I have preps to do for two tea-parties I’m hosting this week…please let me know through a private message when you find out the right answer to this very interesting question.

Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan

Who reads AOL news? Must be those Brits.

Re: What a proud moment for Pakistan

Agree with you…I don’t know to be honest, not really interested in her but she looks alright to me…she’s clever and mature for her age.
