^ Yes military (whether or not in government) will always have considerable influence in the affairs of the state....atleast in the short-term. But we have to let democracy flourish in Pakistan and hope that once we have strong institutions esp. a strong judiciary to keep a check on the executive branch, these problems i.e. constant interferences by the military would eventually go away...
