Most of Punjabi 'wellknown pharases' heard in Lahore cannot be repeated here in view of decency in these forums and people asking for 'explanation'.

One of the decent ones I like is 'tussi oothay umb lain gai si?' (did you go there to get mangoes?)

It is used normally when you expect a person to go somewhere and do something for you and he/she returns unsuccessful.
