I dont remember the 90s much but I see that alot now..Theres this guy on my facebook, him and his wife always match..like he has a red shirt and shes wearing a red scarf, or his tie/shirt will match her jora…it just looks adorable!
But ur right about the complementing, though it should be only one way (iie both look good), not that one bcomes a hobo
