khajoor or prunes for a need for sugar
cold ice water in the morning & before and after each meal
in summer, unsweetened cold ice tea through out the day
and nuts and skim milk and coffee in winter.
100% salads, and fruits based diet
no bakery sugar, very little salt & only herb spices, no cooked curry, oily fried appetizers, and no meat
only smoked fish is alright.
to fulfill the need for protein - chick peas, kidney beans
only brown rice and brown bread - 1 cup or 1 slice per meal.
religiously walk briskly 1 hour daily
once a week, 2 hours long yoga sessions to calm the nerves
and stretch.
and sleep adequately 4 -6 hours daily.
u will loose weight in less than 2 months.
and exercise will tone ur muscles and keep u in shape.
