Aaish… don,t worry about the weight too much.. i know one wants to jump into the prepregnancy clothes :omg:but that takes a while…portion control and when hungry eat fruit…drink plenty of water…walk with the baby at least an hour…:slight_smile: …slowly it will come off …:bummer:

some of us eat during stressfull periods.....when you have small kids there may be many such periods

I met a lady today who has lost 125 pounds....by eating oat meal at lunch and breakfast.....then fruits when she was hungry....fish or chicken with vegies for dinner.... but i don,t know one has to be really motivated and not fall off the band wagon....

You guys are crazy.

the more you'll deny yourself of food, the more you'll crave and the more you'll eat.

If you are craving chocolate, heck eat it in a quantity that will not do harm.
otherwise you'll end up devouring a ridiculous amount of chooalate just cause you've been sitting there craving for it.

cereal with skim milk.
khajoor or prunes for a need for sugar

cold ice water in the morning & before and after each meal

in summer, unsweetened cold ice tea through out the day

and nuts and skim milk and coffee in winter.

100% salads, and fruits based diet

no bakery sugar, very little salt & only herb spices, no cooked curry, oily fried appetizers, and no meat

only smoked fish is alright.

to fulfill the need for protein - chick peas, kidney beans

only brown rice and brown bread - 1 cup or 1 slice per meal.

religiously walk briskly 1 hour daily
once a week, 2 hours long yoga sessions to calm the nerves
and stretch.

and sleep adequately 4 -6 hours daily.

u will loose weight in less than 2 months.
and exercise will tone ur muscles and keep u in shape.

you should have ask that lady how often she used to go washroom -----when she was on that diet.

I lost weight when my son was 6 months old. I was working and taking care of my MIL plus baby and house. Now my son is almost three and gained more than before. Eventhough i don't eat that much junk food but I am fat now. The sad thing is don't have time to exercise.
