Aaish… don,t worry about the weight too much.. i know one wants to jump into the prepregnancy clothes but that takes a while…portion control and when hungry eat fruit…drink plenty of water…walk with the baby at least an hour… …slowly it will come off … …
I met a lady today who has lost 125 pounds....by eating oat meal at lunch and breakfast.....then fruits when she was hungry....fish or chicken with vegies for dinner.... but i don,t know one has to be really motivated and not fall off the band wagon....
the more you'll deny yourself of food, the more you'll crave and the more you'll eat.
If you are craving chocolate, heck eat it in a quantity that will not do harm.
otherwise you'll end up devouring a ridiculous amount of chooalate just cause you've been sitting there craving for it.
I lost weight when my son was 6 months old. I was working and taking care of my MIL plus baby and house. Now my son is almost three and gained more than before. Eventhough i don't eat that much junk food but I am fat now. The sad thing is don't have time to exercise.
