:D ...if u want i will try to upload my pic. can see it yourself. that was my weight 3 years back. But still it wouldn't have gone up very much. Guess it should be around 70 kgs.

People who crash diet always gain their weight back.
All you are doing is causing your muscle to shrink while your fat is still there.
Best way to lose weight is to RUN and control your diet by eating healthy and stop eating after 6pm.
After 6pm, just eat fruit, drink juices or water and thats it.

Does the body metabolism slow down or something?...
I need to loose a few- around 20 lbs, but I don't want it at the expense of muscle....don't have time to workout heavily, I can run or bike (as its summer)..
I am 160 right now...

Swim or do yoga + aerobics! Eat simple diet! Grape fruits! Lot of fibres! Too few fat and oil! More and more of fruits.
Or in next ramadan, keep yourself away from all the fried things and do yoga just before iftar and you will loose weight and get strength. Eat channas in aftar - boiled + lot of salad!
