Yeah I think we need an official start date… There is so so much information about WW online, even if you guys don’t have the WW resources, just google it. There are so many websites dedicated to this.

So sine Reha started this, lets see what date she suggest for starting this diet.

Okay my suggestion is not to start on a Monday because that rarely works. Do you guys want to start on Monday though?

I think we should start on the 15th of this month.
