I've lost about 6 kgs within a week...
Egg diet was really disgusting...but I lost weight....The next 3 days I did the 500 cal diet.....and then I started to eat chana and drinking a lots of water...and I also ate fruits like strawberry, apple and kiwi....
This chana diet is really good...I recommend to everyone who wants to loose weight....BUt you can't follow this diet for more then a week....

^Iksa,,, i dont know hon....6kgs in a week sounds too too much..staying at 500-600cal diet is really dangerous, and the results aren't permanent. Even in the most severe cases dietitian suggests not to go below 1000cal/day..
How did you come to know about this diet i really would love to know and would like to research it, and what was your before weight.?

ive been on a very heathy diet for the last 3 weeks and have lost 6 kg

one glass of warm water... not too hott.. and one tablespoon of honey... mix it up.. some ppl may hate the taste.. i know i do... so hold ur nose and gulp it down... make sure u take it in the morning.. before you go to work or school or anything.. before 9 is good.. gives the body to digest it.. honey is the best form of any kind of remedy.. but i promise... combine this honey and water and just a bit of walking or extra physical activity (doesnt necessarily mean the gym) will help you lose weight..i lost 20 lbs in 3 months...
you dont have to completely deprive urself of food just eat sparingly and try not to overdo the junk food!.. hope this helps!
