well replace teh normal roti (usauly made of white flour or processed flour ) with choker ki roti or the roti made with the flour which has bran in it,Localy in pakistan its called "lal atta".the basic diffrence is that the processd flour has pure carbs very less fiber means less filling and more fatteing,instead opt for roti made with flour which has barn in it and also make teh size of teh ro smaller.
Also decrese intake of salt.Salt retains water in you body .If you dont like teh tatse of less salty food add a bit of vinger or lemon juice and you wont any problem with salt(thats tricking your taste buds ;) )
One more thing we all are trying to loose weight for weddings and going thru diets and all the things etc but we cant b on diet always but we always want to look good.and normaly when we stop teh diet and workout routine the weight comes back...so when this diet and workout phase would be over plz try to adopt a healthier lifestyle ,not only it wud help you to look and feel great but wud overall improve your health
here are a few tips
-gradually reduce usage of salt ,oil and sugar
-make excercise part of your routine,if you cannot do more atleast go for a brsik walk for min 20 mins
-eat according to your activity level.eat more when you are going to do more pgysical activity and eat less when you are going to be less active
-dont always count calories but u shud be aware of whats going into your mouth i.e. dont eat mindlessly.if you eat a heavy/unhealthy/packed with calories food be carefull to cut some calories from teh upcomming meals
-treat yourself occasionaly dont deprive yourself from eveythign you like coz after a while u may loose control over yourself and eat a lot of the food that you were craving for in an unreaonable amount
-drink a lot of water
-have your dinner atleast 2 hours before going to bed
-eat in portions
-increase number of portions and decrease the amount you eat in a protion
-have a balanced deit
maybe you guys wud like to kill me for my long lecture but i am overweigth myself and i have tried and lost weight and everytime it comes back and i hate it then and now i have decided that once i wud loose this extra weight am not going to let it come back and ruin my hard work ;)
