Stop eating too many carbs, and walk/run/treadmill everyday.

I have a little tummy coming out as well and its so hard to do all those crunches etc..mein kya karoon..mein to phans gayi..
No thank god, but if I can do the exercises people do for beer belly reduction, then I should speed up reduction on whatever I currently have.
I need to tell my friend to lose it, he drinks, and has a huge belly. Oddly enough, he is thin, but his stomach is like 8 months pregnant.

There is no single ‘remedy’. It takes a change of attitude and eating habits. Exercise is good on a daily (or alternate days) basis - jogging, running, crunches, other exercises hitting the abdominals. Eating healthy is the key. Belly is a curse, within days (seems like hours) of not exercising and cheating on diet, it pops right out - always uglier than before ![]()

make sure u eat breakfast, if you dnt. from what ive heard not eating breakfast causes beer bellies also drink alot of water
Hi Everyone, I'm new here I have a question about weight loss I'm trying to lose 20 pounds by march Because I'm going to pakistan I have a Quetion If I eat One Roti a day with Saalan, Drink 2 cups green tea, 1 cup chaai (tea with milk and suger) and sometime fruites at night (banana, apple) Will I be losing any weight sometime I do walk maybe 3 times a week
I will be appricate for ur reply

1- Make sure the belly is not big because of liver disease called cirrhosis. The belly is full of water inside. This happens with alcohol drinking for a long time or large amount in short time.
2- Extra calories from beer (not present so much in other drinks such as liqour unless mixed drinks are used) makes people to gain weight.
3- Alcohol part of drink makes people hungry (high acidity in stomach) and
in order to a) keep relatively sober or b) not to have hiccups or c) not to vomit, people munch on dietary items full of fat like potato chips or BBQ stuff along with drinking. This makes people gain weight.
4- Even after drinking people feel relatively more hungry and eat a large meal.
5- Many people crash after drinking and eating large meal till late in the morning. They wake up and take a large breakfast also. So extra calorie is not burned and all becomes fat. First part of body to get this fat is belly/abdomen since it is the softest and least active part of the body.
Solution is hidden in the problem my friend. Start with no alcohol as advised before and get a medical check up too.

walk , walk, and walk a little more. its all fat that you see on a beer belly. First step is to lower your calories intake.. that ofcourse means to cut down on any pops that you may have during the day or any other thing containing a lot of sugar in it. Start walking and then gradually as you build your stamina go on for a jog for half an hour.. Also, do some light weight exercises.. the more muscle mass you have on you, the faster you'll be losing fat around your body. Drink a gallon of water as some users above suggested.
