double up on exercise on Saturdays and eat light meals with mostly veges and fruits for most of the day til you get to the movies?

I know I would lose to temptation too if I was around the same stuff…Just think how awesome you would look and feel at 135 pounds whenever you reach for the oily,buttery, calorie filled popcorn or that ice cream that you would gain a couple pounds easy if you indulged on too much of it. 100 calorie frozen yogurt instead of ice cream? Or eat no butter popcorn that’s flavored with other spices or powders instead of the butter so the taste would be enhanced without all the junk?

Just think of all the hard work and pain it took to bring the weight down to 139. Don’t know what else to tell you.
