I had to be home from work because of some personal reasons so
breakfast
waffle with a tiny bit of peanut butter smeared on
lunch
went a bit heavy on this just because I made lunch for others and they wanted desi
rice, dhal, potato sabzi, spicy pickles (i’m guessing that has load of calories :()
snack
desi tea with truvia, goldfish, almonds, walnuts
dinner
spicy bean burger pieces with veges, ranch dressing ( i know this is getting boring and repetitive)
want to try this dance video but I can’t tell how many calories I’m losing though on the elliptical I can tell exactly how much the calorie loss is
need to get myself doing the hardcore video that xtron posted…I’m feeling that lazy side winning though. Wish I could find the time to go to a group exercise session so i’ll have others doing it with me
