^After learning how my appetite tends to be and when I get tempted most, I’ve found out that I love to eat a good dinner as in not light. So, my breakfast is light and my lunch at work tends to be a variety of fruits and nuts and lots of water or sometimes it’s those progresso soups or healthy choice cafe steamers dinners, snack after work (goldfish crackers, air popped popcorn no butter, or any low calorie snack with coffee(truvia, creamer no milk). Dinner is a variety of vegetables with either sliced boiled eggs or pieces of chicken or vege burger pieces sort of like a salad.
I’m getting bored of doing elliptical as exercise though.
Suggest some fun exercises please to reduce stomach fat since it’s the jiggly soft stuff even if there is ab muscle under it. i don’t see any use of ab exercises. I sweat it out on the elliptical which works all muscles but still the tummy is the trouble spot
