Weight/Height

I used to be sweet 45 kgs. yesterday I checked my weight, it is 56 kgs.

I want my 45 kgs baaaaccckkkkkkk

No more butter/bread/cheese/eggs/breakfast. Im trying to take more tea to shrink my body.

Am I over weight My height is 5’5 ft.
