i starved all day today :smiley: only had a cup of tea in the morning. planned on eating nothing but some snack in the evening but… could not resist it when mom offered now i had a big plate of biryani with some chicken korma cooked by my mom :crying: … had it after eating a big ‘langra’ aam and 1 chocolate milk. now i feel heavier than yesterday :crying:

somebody please tell me how to attain my 45 kgs in these circumstances??? :crying::crying:

bigmouth - i feel like kickin you real hard! :grumpy: this is absolutely NO way to go about reducing your weight! the human body is not built to starve itself, so dont play dumb. start eating HEALTHY. get a food pyramid from somewhere, and monitor what you eat and how much water you drink! are you drinking 8 glasses of water a day? i dont think so. to stay healthy - you can only lose 2 pounds a week, its the same for athletes and regular people. please dont kill yourself over the #s on the weighing scale. consult with some1 before you do this. :slight_smile:

i drink less than two glasses of water a day! i dont no…i dont need that much water…i can go days on food with no water…:konfused:

hey pink princess, i am desperate to lose weight whatever it takes. the easiest way is to starve especially cz my job is sticking to my position all the time. i am hoping to reduce some. i mean atleast cut the fats out. like cutting down on butter/cheese/milk/bread/yoghurt, etc. that must help. i am concerned about the fats intake. not normal boiled food. the other day, we happened to eat at chilly’s. it was :yukh: but… did not leave me feeling heavy (oh the reason could be that i hardly ate 3 bites :bummer: )

regarding water, yes i rarely feel thirsty. i know that is bad. that must be helping fats to accumulate in my body and gain weight. but i try to take orange juice for liquid. very difficult to drink water when you’re not thirsty :bummer:

bigmouth - the easiest way is NOt to starve. its to regulate what you eat, and how many calories you burn. do you ever work out? dont make predictions about whats best for you. see a nutritionist. :) otherwise you're going to dehydrate your body, and be rushed to the ER, where they'll put a feeding tube in you, which is extremely horrible. :( we dont want you to go through all of that. if you cut down on all of the foods you've listed - you are taking out all calcium foods. whats wrong with you?! dont you know you need calcium to maintain your bone density? thirsty or not. the human body needs 64 oz of water every day. not only does the water speed up your metabolism, it also helps in burning off extra fat. whereas, the caffeinne from your tea dehydrates the water you need so importantly. starving yourself will take you through anorexia nervosa - dont go there. :)
