Eat 5 meals a day that will help surely

    1. they can’t move easily
  2. They have more disease then fat

i was the same as you and wanted to gain weight especially since I am getting married soon.

I finally took my dad's advice and now I feel like I am a good thin.... not crazy super thin!

Dad's a doctor...his advice was simple - eat calorie rich food. Pastas, Mac & Cheese, pizza, Fish Sandwitch (from burger king or mcdonalds), fries, etc.

Things like incorporating cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, into your diet helps alot.

If you drink supplement drinks like Ensure or Boost in between meals - this REALLY helps!!!!!!!!! There are so many calories in those little drinks!!!!!!

I used to make smoothies by adding 1 pouch of instant carnation breakfast, 1 can of Ensure (or Boost), icecream, and fruit. So many calories in that drink!!! :)
