increase dailry products creams and buter and ghee in ur diet

i m same age as u and a medical student and i have EXACTLY the same problem, i am EXTREMELY thin
during vacations i did improve a little...i did exactly what others are telling u to...also i hav got a lot of advice from docs....first of all EAT A LOT, and eat those stuff with lots of carbohydrates (sugar), fibers (proteins), and FATS...i love sweets and i eat a lots of them like gulab jaaman, custard, pudding, ice cream, if nothing else then sugar with yougurt, bread with sugar....eat lots of fatty stuff like butter with bread, homemade french fries (these really help, lol)... eat bread a lot like roti and regular bread with butter or cheese...and also i drink a cup of milk almost every day and i eat cheese a lot too...include beef in your diet as well (one reason i m very skinny is i dont eat beef or mutton)...also drink a lots of water throughout the day and eat fresh fruits (these help me keep fresh and active even when i havent ate a lot during the day as they lots of water and vitamins and minerals in them)...also eat iron-rich foods like banana (docs suggest suffiecient iron intake to maintain a healthy body)
other than food, try to have a healthy lifestyle....do not exercise much, your normal amount of walking during the day is quite enough exercise...now that i go to uni everyday i already get enough exercise by walking up and down the uni building for classes that i find myself actually loosing weight becoz of that...but dont get me wrong, i dont meant to say keep lying on the couch whole day and dont move, yes be active but try not to exercise your body more than needed throughout your daily routine...and get good amount of SLEEEEEEP...try to go to bed early and wake up early...6-8 hours of sleep is must for our age group
