Buy a treadmill or exercise bike. Do the workout for 1-2 hours and that should be like 800 calories per day. Get your husband involved too. If both partners exercise, then you'll be far more motivated. Also don't listen to people who say its perfectly okay to be a large size. They're just trying to make themselves feel better about being fat.

I have started to change my attitude towards food. I'm a binge eater...I'm learning to eat in small portions and chew my food well. First 3 days felt like a punishment and I had to fight my cravings but now even if there's rich food in my reach I control. I'm starting to recognize real hunger from psychological hunger.

Congratulation that you have loose 20 lbs weight Don't waste your time counting calories: you won't get fat eating unprocessed foods. Just eat your stomach full and prepare your own food so you have total control over the ingredients. Aim for 2-3% fat loss per month.
