Hi Guys,

I hardly log onto the web recently...as you all know I'm expecting a baby in October and working fulltime (15 hour days). By the time I get home I am so fed up I cannot be bothered! I am so grateful to you Usman for putting the prices here as I thought it was roughly that much but then people lie and tell other prices. Ok here i me in my shaadi outfit (red) and in walima outfit (pink).

Let me know your thoughts!

Why not email if your phone cannot get connected, emailing is so much easier.

Congrats on your new arrival, its a good idea to go back to Pak and do the photoshoot, which is so much cheaper, these day you can rent the outfit just for the photoshoot, find something similer to your outfit plus the jewellery.

I got my photoshoot done from Shahnawaz a couple of years ago and I remember paying around....30 000 or so for the album. His photography is amazing, but a lot of photographers outside of Pakistan are doing similar style pictures now, using photo shop to clean them up and just little details here and there. It's not like shahnawaz will be alot cheaper. He was pricey three years ago, so I'm assuming his price has probably gone up since then. You have to count the fact that you will have to have your make up redone and the cost of going to Pakistan, the hassle of taking your clothes and jewelery. I think the best option would be to call Afzl's brother is UK, see where he is located and if he can give you a good deal! I can't remember the name of the magazine, but I know there is a magazine in UK targeted towards south asian weddings. If you can find the magazine they will probably have ads for makeup/photographers, etc. Or even if you can find the website online for the magazine, they usually have a vendor directory, and you'll be able to see samples their work!

i had pic problems too....so what we did was on our anniversary we went and got our pics taken like we wanted to....and i was happy abt it. Get a sari or a gharara or lengha this is kinda fancy....and have him dress up and go get the pics taken the way u want to.....

I had my farshi lehnga done from HSY in 2004…just for u gals to see as my understanding is that some of u r looking for some bridal ideas…Good Luck…
