It’s been almost a year since I posted my last message. As some of you know I got married last August and am happily married soon to be a mommy!
My dresses were beautiful! I had shadi clothes made from Karma which was pure shocking red with green borders in mughal style and I had mughal style jewellery made from Butt jewellers on MM Allam Rd. My Walima outfit is baby pink with shocking pink border all over the dress made in delicate jali type fabric with diamonte work all over so I sparkled on the day whilst I wore Kyles Collection jewellery matching my outfit (made & customised to suit dress). My dress was made by Nilofer Shahid. My hubby wore tailored suits on both days as he refused to wear shilwani!
Anyway it was all beautiful! I had beautiful photography BUT -
I don’t have any decent photoshoot style pics of me & my husband alone which I regret now! I’ve regretted it so much that I have decided after 7 months of marriage that I need to get a photoshoot done professionally!
I came across Shah nawaz studio’s - http://www.shahnawazstudio.com/Bri1.html and want similar pictures. Problem is I live in the UK and have no plans to go to pakistan and in October I will have a baby too.
Can any one recommend any desi photographers who can do similar work to Shah nawaz in the UK or should I go to Pakistan after the baby with my husband and ask AFZL, SHAHNAWAZ, JIMMY’s to do my pics? which means I need to take all my jewellery/clothes for both days…? What do fellow Guppies recommend I do? Can people tell me prices they’ve paid for photoshoots / albums & make-up?
did you see AFZL's brothers details on your sisters album? do you mind telling me how your sister paid AFZL for a photoshoot & did it include make-up etc?
yes,only the contact no. in UK..will let you know soon abt it..she paid 30,000rs each for barat and walima..and no,makeup wasnt included..she got hers done from allenora..
i got mine done by Image Bank.. he charged 12000 per day and he did it at my home..it was equally good as azl's (infact myhummy and mom think mine was better) cuz afzl's had worked a LOT with photoshop..mine was more original
he doesnt have a studio..he comes to any place you tell and does the shoot..i found it safer for my bridal one as it was better to come back home from the salon after the make over and wear all my jewellery and get it done rather than taking care of the jewellery in the salon for 4-5 hours,then move from the salon to the studio and back to the function venue all loaded with heavy jewellery !

... amazing "fashion" style, whether these dresses are being used in Pakistan? Or it is just an idea to promoto one's skill ... I think, there may be a part allocated to Paki fashion as well.
