just thought i would let you know that i have decided to book serena hotel, have looked at the menu, seen other peoples weddings there and there service is amazing. I must say from what i have seen i do prefer it to dynasty. We will book about 2 months in advance of going inshallah becuase still need to set exact wedding dates even though it is approximate at the moment. I would really appreciate any pictures or more feedback off anyone that has got married in serena hotel, faislababd or has been to a wedding there.
zeebs i always wanted to be a teacher im thinking of doing a montessori course so i can teahc the lil kiddies :)
great decision serena hotels are wonderful to have yr party in i was there only last week for my cousisn wedding and tehir service and everything else is wow

Im nt sure where we are going with yet..but 4 of my other cousins are gettn married so im like AAAAH as on top of all the shoppin for my wedding im shoppin for them too but yeah it will b good fun hopefully.

thanks soo much for your comments. Basically spoke to my fiancee an hour ago and he has got all details for me. He has done many concerts with his band there and said serena is just in a league of its own. If i am going to go from the UK, and you only get married once and i work and have saved for my big day then i want it to be special. I am going to try a few parlours like depilex and sola singhar mentioned to me, get trials and then see what happens! Oh by the wauy i recommend becoming a teacher, its hard work but then you get kids holidays. I teach age 12 to 18, and all three sciences, but mainly chemistry as that is my specialism. It is tiring but its a career which i can leave and come back to whenever i want in my life.

Masallah ATR you look stunning. Congratulations as well. I will defo try out the beauty parlour as your make-up is amazing and my siter in law agrees- it looks soo good and at a brilliant price. Also ATR just wandering where did you get your lengha from? Was it ready-made or custom made? i am going to get ready-made inshallah becuase will be short of time. Also what about your mehndi did the parlour offer it? Also will go with faisals studios anyway because my older brothers are impressed with his website and photos. Also just wandering how long does it take for him to produce an album for you, also did he do your wedding film and whats the price he charges?
zeebs, i replied partially to your post in the birdal pics section...
the salon did offer mehndi but they were asking Rs.2000 for designs that i didnt like. i just got it done from a friend of my nand..personally, i dont like the arabic mehndi designs..everyone in pakistan seems to be doing that only.
faisal is already done with the album but still working on the video.i hope he does a good job on it. the pics he took of us are somuch better than what he has on the website..he charged Rs.35,000 for three days bridal shoot where i went to his studio. charges rs45/55/65 per pic for different qualites for the event photograohy and rs10000/rs15000 for one day video depending on the quality.
i would also recommend afzal studios..they were just too expensive for me but they do great work.

Ive decided on Usmania..and Zeebs im probs gettn my outfit from Mohsin Sons frm Pindi as alot of my friends have recommended them..it will be far to travel but i hve seen the stuff they make and its beautiful also they can make a lengha within 2 weeks..but im still gna check out FSD and my in laws are getting my walima lengha frm there
