they are situated in a very ajeeb si place...plus the funniest thing is that the bride has to walk up those spiral stairs to get the make-up done and than get back from the same stairs. i hope they have changd that system now....:D acha as for that place...hmmm i dun know wat that area is called..u know the main branch of esena foundation...opposite to that we have the chdys homes na so at their back is where might is...woho lol i can never explain!!!

Well actually the thing is that i'm trying my best to make sure that my fiance goes n buys both bridal dresses herself... anyways rest of the stuff is upto me ofcourse or a joint decision in the end... anyways will keep everyone updated... I'm just confused about the Mehendi location right now. I gotto know about Garrison Wedding Gardens... will see and let u all know

I had Mighty do my valima makeup years back and I loved how it turned out. I remember the spiral stairs! She works out of her mother's home, believe it or not. I hope that's changed too. If I remember correctly, her "salon" is in FCC Colony (FCC is for Foreman Christian Colony--I'm sure all of our dads know where that is).
My sister had Madeeha do her engagement makeup, and that too turned out so very nice. At first, Madeeha's assistant came to do it, but she couldn't match the foundation right (the whole kabuki look going on). My sister made a fuss, and Madeeha herself came and redid it. It was very soft and beautiful--basically enhancing her face, not doing that opera singer look.

My friend got her valima makeup done by mighty and she was looking damn gorgeous. the makeup was soo soo nice. i dont have her pics with me otherwise i would have post them.

Well I got hold of Mighty's number: 5753240 . Dont know if it's the correct one, I've heard alot about Madiha and Ather Shehzad... whats the news on Ather Shehzad?.... ANyways.. thanks alot.... My fiance is making some dresses from Libas-e-khas in Cavalry... They have wonderful but expensive stuff including brides dresses....
I'm still not sure about the mehendi venue... Lets see what happens.

^ yar come on..if u have been living here for some time now it shudnt be hard 2 find mehndi avenues...there r some gardens in model town 2...or u can try defence.

The main avenue decided was Jasmin Garden in Defence, went for booking as well.... I live in defence myself... BUT the issue with Jasmin is that you are not allowed to use loud music and the ceremoney should not last too late.... And if we do it in a plot in defence, there is the risk of any music problem n stuff a there are alot of restrictions in defence.. my main idea is defence but my inlaws are not so cool with that... as there could be problems at that time with music n stuff.
