Wedding in August..how to lose weight in a month!

Hi

You know best thing to do

have lemon and water in morning
drink loads of water during the day and snack on grapes, oranges and bananas when hungry
then have lunch-soup/or a normal sandwich
try to avoid crisps, but sumtimes its hard so dnt put pressure on urself
for dinner have grilled chicken/fish with boiled vegetables or just salad...dont have roti or anything...and drink more water

im starting this from monday..will marinate chicken and just roast everyday 4 dinner..and if i still dnt lose weight..then....OH WELL i'll just starve myself for the last 2 weeks lol

Got my lengha fitting 2day..hope it fits!
