Haha, I totally get it. I think it’s a desi thing (giving the guy his ring at the engagement). I gave my fiance a really nice watch for the engagement at the time he gave me the ring so it didn’t look weird that he wasn’t getting a ring also. Buying a guy a watch has it’s own set of hoops though, given the different styles and preferences…that warrants its own thread!
