I have the entire list of rates from PC :) when are you getting married? mine is in OCT
they have 9-12 one dish menus ... range between 900-1250, plus 14% tax i think and water and drinks are added so all in all it will be safe to say that 1400-1600 will be the per head rate
halls are charged as emerald 50k, crystal 75k and shahi khema as 1 lacs
Decor can be anything between 50k to 3 lacs
try getting discounts else u might be looking at a 10 lacs wedding day with 500 people.

oh sohni this is exactly what i have … my fiance has has the list of dishes and all that stuff … i can TRY and ask him to scan and send … that will be a nightmare … what exactly do you need apart from the above babes?

its for my sister's weddin which we've fixed for the first week of Jan2013 i'A.
It will b a small event of no more than 350ppl, also am I right in saying that they charge u separate for the halls depending on which one we chose?... Now the only thing will b selecting decor n stage. Do u mind sharing what sort of decor setup u've gone for? Need ideas.. Thnks xx

For 350 people they would want to accommodate you in emerald but most likely crystal .. dont know if they will partition it for 350 people - but dont worry it does not look odd the way it does in other wedding halls - they will probably charge you 50 k separately including the 1450 per head.
Hun ill be honest with you - the decor setup is better when you have their portfolio in hands .. they give you a book of portfolio and list of decor vendors who are on their panel … that is what I will do - I will go in the last month to Pak and have my decor decided after looking at a couple of pictures …
to be on the safe side for a reasonable decor you should have 2-3 lacs on hand, you may end up spending lesser or more based on your requirements … trying to establish decor at this point wont do any good .. iv tried it =/ .. and eventually cant “fix” anythin till I am there.

I would have gone with him – but Issa (another person on the panel) turned out to be a friend of my fiance so my fiance wants him to do it now.

P.S. about the decorations, like say if i wanted QTY or Harmaan events to do my stage and decoration then do i just pay for the hall and food and get the other companies to do my decor? this element confuses me, or is there a package where PC have decor included?

PC is very strict when it comes to people working with them .. i guess bad experiences ... so I THINK you can ONLY get the people on their panel ..they will hand you a portfolio book and you can go thru- get in touch with the decorator and tell him your preferences ... as far as I have heard .. all on their panel are nice... Dont think harmann or QYT are on there though
ill ask around if Harmann is on their list ...if you wish to go with harmann or QYT then they suggest their own places ..and its better that way ... I spoke with QYT and he does weddings at babul shams at royal palm!
