My walima was done in one of the halls in PC.....food was brilliant, deco was not brilliant and the guests were roaming around and checking out the Hotel most of the time. It was annoying.
I suggest it's better to book a wedding hall like Diwan-e-khas or something.

Great hall, my cousins wedding was held there. Nice food, spacious and very classy looking. Is highly recommended!

pc is just ok. like prototype said royal palm is more classy and i agree. but the new marqee area is nice. i cant remember the name at the moment. whats lake city though?
PC Lahore
Hi guys, do any of you have pictures of weddings held at PC Lahore. I'm looking into PC as my valima is already booked at Royal Palm and we dont want to do two events at the same place, also what other place would you suggest.
I dont like those hall situated on the main roads and I am not familiar with Lahore. My family in Lahore has suggested

Defense Club
and Services Club
So if any of you guys have pictures, could you please post. I want to see the decorations at PC and Defense Club. Thanx guys

liberty castle is another nice place...its the same price as PC but the food is better (from what i have heard).

We recently had my bhai's wedding reception @ Shahi Kheema and it was gorgeous. I have been to that place twice before but didnt like the hall's layout but we managed to have it decorated in a way that it looked super regale and everyone was stunned.
Nothing beats to PC for wedding functions atleast in my opinion they are the best.

i called them two days ago to ask abt my june wedding.
they said 1050 per person...and this is JUST for the food...nothing else is included.
BUT even if i put a 50% deposit down NOW...this price is not locked in...in other word by june they might charge me 1500 per person.
^this was just stupid.

this was my friend’s wedding stage at shahi khayma 3 weeks back
waisay i have heard that the marque opposite the siddiq trade centre has a better look from the inside than shahi khayma..never been there though.

well the price they r giving is nt bad at all..i believe its higher for royal palm . And as for their rule...well it seems kinda tricky but it only makes sense.
Thats my stage back in 2008 in PC. The table was removed from the stage later on.
Dunt worry about the stages and stuff. I have seen outstanding and outclass stages too in PC. It all depends on what u choose. You actually gets to choose the stages and color combos and any other decorative additions… The cost increases along with it ofcourse. But PC was pretty good. You also get a room for a night when you book a wedding hall. Anyways I have posted the pictures of another really pretty stage from PC before. Lets see if I can find it again

Maham S, could you please post picture of the stage and venue for PC, or you can email me privately Please. The thing is, I'm going to Lahore 2 days before the wedding, My family in lahore is making the arrangements for me. So I want to see pictures of the Halls and the capacity of people etc.
The price quoted to us is 1250 (with Tax) for May 2010. Royal Palm we're getting for 1350 (with Tax). But my in laws already booked it for Valima and id ont mind having my Baraat there as well, its just that we only have 250 guests, as my family is very very small and not many live in Lahore. Plus his family does not want to bring a lot for people to our function and burden us etc etc their being formal. So please people more pictures Thank you :)

regarding the decor, there are dozens and dozens of options to choose from. you can get an in-house decorator or even get your own decorators to come in and do your stage/head table.
at my wedding, the decorators (from the hotel) did a fantastic job for a **very **affordable price. they did the "stage", the entrance, the centerpieces, everything in the hall, with almost no supervision during the process.

Well i am sorry i wouldnt be able to post the pics of the stage cuz of copyright reasons. However if interested i can forward you the details of the event management company who did the interior. And if i come across a pic showing the hall as it is and its capacity i'd definately post it up.
