PC is very strict when it comes to people working with them .. i guess bad experiences … so I THINK you can ONLY get the people on their panel ..they will hand you a portfolio book and you can go thru- get in touch with the decorator and tell him your preferences … as far as I have heard .. all on their panel are nice… Dont think harmann or QYT are on there though
ill ask around if Harmann is on their list …if you wish to go with harmann or QYT then they suggest their own places ..and its better that way … I spoke with QYT and he does weddings at babul shams at royal palm!
