We are not alone

Indonesians lynch ahmedies too.

The video is on youtube, I wont embed because its too graphic (people surrounding a man in mud on his face hitting him with sticks shouting Allahu Akbar). Search for indonesia ahmadiya and limit to this month.

Re: We are not alone

InnaLillahe wa InnaElehi Rajeun. a very sad and tragic incident. It has always been sort of tradition of Ahmadiyya community that on such incidents, they don't go violent or go for revenge but always try to find refuge in their God Almighty. Show patience and pray and history has shown us that Allah has always shown his signs and shown His displeasure in His own way on such brutal acts. So certainly you are not alone in inviting wrath of Allah. congrats.

Re: We are not alone

Sad. I hope killers face justice.

Re: We are not alone

What do you mean so? You don't find this appalling? Killing people because of their beliefs?

Re: We are not alone

Actually Bangladesh is in the line up too. But there, they just vandalized and burned Ahmadi mosques a couple of years back, banned books and recently started banning open Ahmadi gatherings. No one is actually martyred ... yet.

Re: We are not alone

It was actually sickening and disgusting to see those religious mobs chanting ' Allah O akbar ' - Allah or his final prophet Muhammad PBUH have never asked Muslims to kill another human being , if he/she bears a different religion/creed or faith !

May all these sick individuals involved in this gruesome act get punished in this world and the hereafter ! Ameen

Re: We are not alone

Oh When I read the title I thought… nevermind. :frowning:

Okay I am known for lets say not quite agreeing to what the Ahmedi doctrine says, and yes my views with regard to the sect are well known… ahem

However even for one like myself and I have to point out I am no stranger to violence I was utterly appalled by what I saw.

I have no love for the Ahmedi sect and doubtless most Ahmedi’s would probably be happy to fry me to… :hehe: however i have come to learn much about thier beliefs and customs and if it’s possible for a Kafir and Muslim to be friends then I had no problem befreinding and even calling many an Ahmedi my bhai and bhehen.

I will strongly condemn any violence against any minority group regardless of their belief. This is not some defence of Islam it’s a mockery of our faith.

That Ahemedi man did not deserve the punishment he got, in fact i am even more appalled that a police or security officer did not stop that mob. I for one would have stopped it right there if I could.

Hatred is one thing but murder is not ever acceptable.

I give my condolonces to the Ahmedi community and pray you guys can forgive me, while I am not one of you, I sort of know how many of you must feel right now.

Inna lillahi wa ina ilayhi rajeeon. Regardless of that mans belief he died a martyr and I recognise that at least.

To those who do not see the Ahmedi as humans they deserve to be flogged till they see some sense.

Re: We are not alone

Some how I also feel the Ahmedhis are not helping themselves either - Their policies are making them more isolated !

Re: We are not alone

Very sad...In Egypt Christians and Muslims are protecting each other during prayer times and here you see something disgusting!!!!

Re: We are not alone

I agree with you there...

But at the same time Ahmedi's and Muslims as a whole must unite in condemning rampant violence.

Violence is not the face of Islam, true Islam is a faith of braves but it's also a faith of art, wisdom and above all unity in faith.

At the end of the day no one should be beaten to death by a mob for belief alone, sure if crime is commited then that is debateable but to kill simply over difference of belief is wrong.

Re: We are not alone

As a human being, we should all denounce the lynching of innocent people in the strongest words.

Re: We are not alone

what kind of policies?

Re: We are not alone

Or the lynching of anyone, innocent or guilty!

Re: We are not alone

You don't believe in the death penalty?

Re: We are not alone

This is very sad and completely wrong and out of order. I hope those criminals are appropriately punished.
