What assumption? When someone mentions lynching, they are generally referring to a mob of people hanging someone they claim is guilty of some crime. Has nothing to do with the death penalty.

But sure, so long as we are 110 percent sure we arent putting an innocent person to death, as has happened before.

And of-course the crime must fit the punishment.

lets start from considering and regarding other sects in Islam as Non Muslims and the Socially boycott if an ahemdi person gets married with a non ahemdi ( Lets say a shia /Sunni Muslim )
