Is hitting as no an option at all, mentioned in the hadith? that was the very crux of my post in the first place. how did u miss that?
and huh? come again? you can hit, but with nothing bigger than a toothbrush? what purpose does that solve? I mean if you do take it upon yourself to inflict physical hurt on someone as a means to an end you wish to achieve (sex or otherwise), why the hell would you use a toothbrush or anything the size of it. c'mon now, ur not serious when you say that, are you? I'd rather attempt a well aimed throw with my high heeled shoe if someone deserves it, than trying to play monkey with a toothbrush.
The Prophet SAW didn't have to resort to it, you're telling me. But do you honestly believe that those who do wish to abuse or let's just say, use this right that their religion gives them, will not resort to anything greater than a jab with a toothbrush?

and just to make one thing clear....hitting with nothing bigger then a toothbrush is used figuratively and I am not the one saying this....it's in the hadith. But you wouldnt know since it seems that you havent actually read about this. :)
