i just heard the most shocking story from some girls who came from pak!!!
they were sayin how thr beautician told them taht it is really common for women to bring in thr newborn daughters for body wax!!!
has ne1 else heard this…

imsure they use non-hot really sensitive wax - these women gave birth to their kids, youd assume they care more about their well-being and health than some strangers on a BB right?
the girls grow up with NO BODY HAIR. Thats so freakin economical time-wise. Imagine if none of you ever had this problem. Itd save so much time, pain and energy - cause if you think about it - babies have practically no hair to begin with anyway. Its only when you grow up - which means less pain. sigh. I just waxed my legs, I know how much i resent my mothers liberal thinking right now.

It is, but not because they are babies, but because that is how important it is to have beautiful daughters. And yes, this is interlinked, it is all about grooming. Females in pak are taught this ish at the youngest imaginable age. Its about messed up priorities.

That info is part correct and partially made up.
Its common practice in Pakistan to use a mixture of goonda howa atta and rub it on the skin to remove all the hair.

hiccup, as a matter of fact babies are born with quite a lot of hair (which is called vellus hair). This vellus hair is very soft and often covers the whole body (except hands and soles); as the kid matures this hair usually fades away and is not noticeable after a few years. So it's funny to see, lazy_daisy, that such women don't even know that, considering the fact that they've probably seen dozens of kids grow up, and sad that these newborn kids have to undergo removal of hair that otherwise wud have faded as well without intervention.

nessy, silly nah banno, everyone in the world knows that desi girls have more hair than the average mammal, and that it refuses to recline at any phase in their life - indeed it becomes more prominant with age. how else do you explain the 5 year old girls with tashes and hairier legs than beckham himself
