When there are huge profits I always take my orginal stake plus 50% of the profits and let the other 50% run.

yeah thats wat i was taught
and i just did it half an hour ago and m happy i did it cuz market is 35 points down and now i have oppurtinity to get in again.

I actually wanted to test out if what I thought was correct investment or not, since it was small amount of investment so the return seems to be small because of big 'buy/sell' transaction costs. If I had put around $1000 ROI would've been around 20% :)

So this is year of all records? :hehe: First oil hits “record high”, the stock market went down (though slide/rate was not “all-time” record)… now going up.

May be US will get its first black president too :smiley:

By timely intervention to save the banking system the govts around the world have saved the looming depression but bought recession. It remains to be seen how and what steps they will take to avoid a deep recession.
