The markets seem to have stabilised a bit for the time being. Dow closed down a mere 76 points even though it swung between 300 up and nearly 200 down.
so what is going on tomorrow? :aq:
Well if u remember last night i was asking everyone that wat should i do cuz i was confused lol same happened to the market LOl it was confused aswell, didn know that it wants to go up or down.
wasnt a bad day for me, started with some short selling, and then ended up in buying. and closed all the positions in the positive zone Alhumdulilah

Asian markets r down so far, and in this kind of atmosphere where market is moving more on fear instead of analysis or news, i'd like to get into commodities instead of forex or futures.
and b4 u start trading tommorow keep in mind the factors that might set the mood of the market. there are some reports due tommorow.
-Consumer Price Index (8:30 am)
-Jobless claims (8:30 am)
-Industrial Production (9:15 am)
-Philadelphia Fed Survey (10 am)
-Housing Index (1 pm)
and 20 companies are supposed to annouce there Quarterly Earnings tommorow. including Ebay, Abbot Labs, Delta Air, Alliance Financials, and Coca Cola

The market will go down tomorrow, I can bet on it, none of the reports will be great. hopefully ppl did their profit taking and will buy at the tail end of frenzy this week.

I think the general trend from here will be down as the recession fear take over and figures coming out over the next few weeks confirm that.

at the same time as the aggressive actions start showing some results, some sectors will jump, right companies in right sectors would provide profit taking opportunities for the next few months.
when ppl make irrational decisions, those who are looking objectivekly, whether for a short term or long term perspective will win. I got bargains for myself, longer term view, but thats what I am doing it for anyways.
