So as that is dealt with you got proof to back up your absurd claim?
Edit: You have no proof. And you say i know nothing on the matter. 
Govt work in a certain manner. They do not go to communities and get their input. They have their experts and intelligence services to provide them with the proof and data. They did it with the IRA and they are doing it with the Islamic fundos.
Now unless you can provide proof that the British govt has changed its tactics and policies after a good 3 decades of using it then by all means show it. If not, then i will very readily assume they are sticking to proven worthy tactics.
