Yes, they should. Why they don't do it its because they're inept. However if coaching positions are open then Wasim can opt to help out as well.
Its a simple thing. He has done a lot for us, yes. Acknowledged. But so has Pakistan for him. If an Indian worked for us, would he have gotten bashed? Yes. Is that right? No. But unfortunately Pakistan and India's rivalry will keep this way till there is peace. Till then Wasim should answer his critics when they abuse him, as that is wrong. However he should not forget what his country did for him too.

And when did he said anything wrong about Pakistan .......When did he said that Pakistani didnt did anything for him?
Today what he is its because of Pakistan and if nobody wants to hire him and if he has chosed IPL for his bread and butter I dont think its a bad thing to do as many of the Pakistanis also travel abroad for jobs

How many Pakistanis go to India to earn their bread and butter? If Mushtaq Ahmed can get a job with England then these countries would bite their hand off for him.
But if he thinks he won't get criticised for working in a country who has banned Pakistani players and is in a constant semi-cold war with its neighbor then he is deluded. I am not begrudging him that, personally I don't really care. Sport should come above rivalry and the nonsense racism anyway.

My thinking is written in my last two lines incase you missed it.
Let me quote it again:

When did England say to ban Pakistan after 2010?
Paisa=baap!
Re: Wasim Akram answers his haters
Why not these so patriotic Pakistani expats come back to Pakistan and suffer bad education, health, law and order and terrible jobs, only then they have the right to ask Wasim Akram to leave his career and do Pakistan ki sewa!

Pai saab some of us have suffered at the hands of that big time. :) So don't brush every expat under the same nonsense. We do apnay mulak ki sewa as much as we can and noone is criticising Wasim for earning the greens elsewhere. I don't really care if he is sitting on Mars. But anyone expecting he will get an easy ride while working for the IPL when they have banned his countrymen is deluding themselves. He is also being criticised by resident Pakistanis too.
Personally I wouldn't ever be the keyboard warrior and go and bash him on twitter, nor do I think he deserves to be bashed like that. But I find the peoples' surprise at what's happening very surprising.
Re: Wasim Akram answers his haters
I think everyone is saying the same thing with nuanced differences. I didn't know there was an official ban on Pak players. That's wrong. Paisa equals baap is universal. Not limited to Akram. Wasim Akram has an obligation, within the rule of the law, to put his family first.
Whether those criticizing Akram live in Pakistan or abroad is not that significant. He is not a desh drohi for accepting this offer. Who knows. Maybe this would be a catalyst for opening up IPL to Pakistani players. For who wouldn't want to see Misbah and Younis build and rebuild foundations.

^ Fair points.
