1. US attack Afghanistan, Taliban run to Pakistan, US blames Pakistan
2. Pakistan attack Taliban they run to Afghanistan, US blames Pakistan
3. Something happens in Afghanistan, US blames Pakistan
4. US attacks Taliban in Afghanistan, they run to Pakistan, US blames Pakistan

That is because desperate people do desperate things... To mask their 7 year long failures in Afghanistan they have to blame Pak and put it on the spot.

Success has many fathers failure is an orphan.
