I wonder why? Why did the SC not let parliament investigate memogate? Do you see any consistancy in SC’s conduct? I don’t remember them telling the media to be responsible when it was after Haqqani.
This SC is so political that I have no trust in it. They want to make government look bad. If government decide that CJ did something wrong, his supporters will accuse them of bias. If they acquit CJ’s son, people will accept the decision.
