unlike private job there isn’t single entity with power ,unless higher official has personal grudge can’t say about ur state but in majority of places in south india communal tensions are very low
plus major poition of jobs in government sector is occupied by minorities be it muslim,christian or backword caste hindu

check same statics for education.there is no rule if muslims are 20 percent of population jobs percentage should also be 20 percent percent…
it’s ur own community that needs to earn..

for statics sikh are overpresented in army,same goes for scientists from iyer/iyengar community of tamil nadu
majority of IIT students comes from my own state that includes many muslims,just because ur hindu/muslim north or south india no one is going to hand over silver plate…

But when 20% muslims are limited to only 4% jobs you can sense bias if you not biased yourself…

Iyengar and all these are castes or they are religions different than hinduism…?
do define you are logic you are using example of caste while I am talking about religious bias..as far as sikhs are concerned they are follower of an indian religion and some hindus call them sword of hinduism…

these example of different caste does not deny bias against muslims…
Just show me muslim police man with beard in maharashtra while sikhs can have beard and Kirpan anywhere…
Though in Andhra muslim police men have beard…

Have not you heard famous case when muslim student was kicked out for sporting a beard and I remember a case when policeman was suspended for sporting beard
